• My treatment room is located at the back of our residential address in RYDE, ISLE OF WIGHT.

• There is a separate entrance (there are a couple of steps to the property).

• There is both on and off road parking available.

• Please arrive for your appointment on time, due to other clients before you please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early as I do not have a waiting area. If you are late I will not be able to give you extra time due to following clients arrival.

• Before your initial appointment, I will give you a telephone call/message to carry out an initial consultation to discuss your medical health and treatment needs, however a thorough consultation will be done at the initial appointment. All details disclosed to me will remain confidential and secure and will not be disclosed to any third parties.I do have bathroom facilities if required.

• My treatment room is wonderfully warm with a heated massage table during the colder months.

• Once the consultation is over I will leave the area and ask you to undress to your comfort levels and then you will get onto the massage table and under the sheet/blanket. I will then return to the room once you are ready.

• Throughout the treatment I will check in with you and your comfort levels and I will be led by you as to whether you like to talk or would prefer to relax and chill out.

• This is your treatment so please do let me know if you need to adjust your laying position, blow your nose, need an extra blanket or you would like me to adjust my pressure.

• Appointments can be booked by contacting me directly via email or text message.

• A 50% deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking. Cash, bank transfer and card payments accepted.

There is no cancellation fee if you need to cancel or rearrange 24 hours or more prior to your appointment. If you fail to attend a session without notice, or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the full fee is payable.
